The shipping and delivery were done on time. Assembly was not hard but wish the instructions were more precise. Paint on the crib easily chips, we have 2 chips already and we have not even started to use it yet. We got the dream on me 5 inch portable mattress from Amazon, the one inch pad that comes with the crib is useless, but we knew that reading the reviews.
