The rug is soft and it's growing on me, but the colors are a little different — much more orange than yellow — which is too bad because it doesn't really match my room now. It's too large & unwieldy to re-package and return, so guess I will just live with it. It definitely looks printed vs woven, so sort of cheap-looking. I LOVE this rug! It’s surprisingly soft underfoot for a rug of this type. And its pile is low enough to allow another, smaller rug to be used on top without it being a tripping hazard. This is great value for the price. It is a nice creamy off white and charcoal color. The charcoal is NOT blue or purple undertone. It looks great next to my dark brown couch and cream chairs. The shag is not too high. And the tassels are my favourite part. It looks like it has a bold pattern but it’s a bit more subtle in real since the grey lines are not solid lines. Great rug at such an affordable price on sale (9x12 for $435). The 'white/beige' in the rug is definitely yellow-creamy - the color of real mayo or frozen breastmilk :). There are also a tiny bit of taupes in the rug too. It really works with a modern decor. I would NOT call this rug "beige" like it says in the title. Pros: Looks great and has already proven to clean up pretty well (small dirt stains came out pretty easily). The stripes have a small bit of variation that makes it look more interesting/expensive. Even though it's no thicker than our old 100% poly rug it feels much more plush and cushioned. The cream color is great and goes with a range of styles. Cons: It sheds a lot. Be prepared to vacuum often. I expect this to settle over time but after a month it's still producing a good bit of lint. Though it's plush, it's not the softest material. First of all, I love this rug! I have already gotten so many compliments on it. It's so unique and bold! However, I wouldn't recommend it if you have pets. The white parts get dirty very easily, regardless of how clean you are. Also, this rug is an absolute lint magnet AND sheds a ton when vacuuming (?).. the pics I attached are of my vacuum that was emptied prior to vacuuming it just once AND I had just vacuumed it the day before. You have to vacuum it a lot if you want it to stay looking nice.
