The chairs overall are great. One chair is slightly uneven (out of the box has a rockwobble). The chairs arrived fast and already assembled. They are comfortable and very pretty (just as pictured). My real issue was that the AllMmodern app glitched. My first transaction showed failed, I attempted again and switched my method of payment, only to find out that a few seconds later that I had 2 identical orders with 2 chairs each. Despite me catching the bug and calling 3 times to talk to customer service, I still ended up getting charged twice (on two different methods of payment, for 1 order). Frustrating to say the least.. I purchased two of these in gray. They’re very sturdy and good quality. Not so tiny as it looks on the website. One of them came with a broken missing bottom synthetic “legs and needs to be replaced.
