I received the beige set, and both chairs were level once on the floor. These chairs are extremely solid. They arrived well protected (perhaps even a little overdone) and already assembled. The white *does* tend to scratch easily with use (a little hard to see in the pic), so I would more than likely purchase black in the future. I thought it would take a lot longer for the white to scuff and would be ok with the "shabby chic" look after long-term use, but they are scratching right away.
