Very glad we opted for the "white glove" delivery service. At unboxing/assembly, the team noticed a defect on one of the two dressers and advised me to refuse delivery. AllModern's customer service was super helpful and a replacement was delivered about two weeks later. As for the quality of the dressers, they rate a "B"... Solid materials and construction for the frames, however the drawers bottoms are only a flimsy piece of plastic. That said, they are a decent value for the "on sale" price.. Linda. The quality is more a 3-star, but added a star as the style of the dresser looks nice and is what I expected. The interlocking system made some jangling chain sounds when opening and closing the drawers. I had to diy/macgyver the locking system by putting in some adhesive cushion to curb some of the jangling noise;,which was annoying; but ultimately I got it to where I was happy with that sound so that’s good. There are also a couple of chips in the paint or lacquer of the drawers which isn’t awesome, but not too noticeable.
