One of the plugs for the light bulb came bent. The glass orb still fits over it if you put it on at an angle. It was the last orange one in stock so I guess I’ll just keep it. I love the lamp, but I couldn’t give it more than 3 or 4 stars. The first issue is one I have frequently when ordering from this website. The styrofoam packaging they use disintegrates when you open it and goes everywhere. The second issue is that while this lamp is beautiful, it is top-heavy. Just the slightest nudge or bump is enough to send this lamp crashing. Upon further inspection, it won’t even sit flush to the ground because the globe is so heavy, it leans forward. Very happy with this lamp! The base is heavy and solid, and the shade sits on top of a welded cage easily. I wanted a ambiance light, I like the shade covers the bulb so it doesn’t blind you when you walk around it. The only thing I could pick on is that the cord is just straight, shiny plastic.
