I downloaded the instructions just so I would know the order of the washers. It's a beautiful piece. Very glad we opted for the "white glove" delivery service. At unboxing/assembly, the team noticed a defect on one of the two dressers and advised me to refuse delivery. AllModern's customer service was super helpful and a replacement was delivered about two weeks later. As for the quality of the dressers, they rate a "B"... This is an amazing piece of furniture to have ordered it from online. It comes in one piece and packed, cartoned very well. It weighs a ton! The color is perfectly warm and soft polished like an antique. I cannot get over how inexpensive this piece is compared to what we found in the usual furniture stores in our area.
