I liked the idea of a terrazzo picture frame when I saw it on All Modern. The colors in the photo accurately represent the actual product. It looks nice enough ... but it's not quite the quality I'd hoped for. Unfortunately, the first one I received was clearly defective before it was packed by the manufacturer. After filling out a post-purchase questionnaire, Darla in Customer Service proactively reached out and processed a replacement order after reviewing photos of the flaws. When the second shipment arrived, the product was in better condition, but was still a little rough around the edges. As others have said, it is extremely heavy. I'm concerned about it scratching my furniture. Both shipments were very well packed, with plenty of bubble wrap and double-boxing. Would I buy it again, knowing what I know? Probably not.
