Ordered this sofa in the Soren Ochre performance velvet and WOW it is so lovely. It came nicely delivered in a protective box, was easy to unwrap and very minimal set-up, just need to attach the sofa feet. It has a comfortable sit to it. I look at hundreds of couches and ended up going with this one when it could be delivered in weeks not months. Very pleasantly surprised at what arrived and how it looks. As some other reviewers have noted, it’s firm but I think that should hold up better over the long term. The back of the couch is lower than I expected however the firm cushions give you comfortable support. I was worried the color would be darker than light grey but it is a true light grey. I really like this sofa, it's a really pretty dark emerald green. It looks really nice and fits perfect in the space I placed it. I took off a start because of the assembly of the feet. They are not pre-drilled holes. They are more like staple and a puncture guide. It would have been nice if the holes were pre-drilled so they were all even.
