Was a little challenging to put together: the plastic locking levers and washers kept popping off (which explains why it came with an entire bag of additional pieces); the steel extension rods needed a hammer to push it out to extend. The surface has slight variations from piece to piece from the nature of the manufacturing process. That said, it’s visually appealing overall and a good price for its size and extendability. The table is fairly good quality, but if you're expecting "solid wood" to mean "real planks of solid teak", don't buy this, because that's NOT what this is. It appears to be what I'm hoping is at least very thin veneer of teak over some sort of wood composite. The rest of the table (i.e. the aluminum frame) seems quite sturdy, and it's quite weighty, so that's nice. If the planks were real solid teak, I'd give this 5 stars, but I feel a bit duped.. Gene.
