I’m gonna give this bed 4 stars based on the fact that it’s reasonably priced, it goes together in like 10 minutes, and it looks nice, clean and simple. HOWEVER, the bed isn’t perfect. The side rails don’t line up perfectly at the footboard (at least on mine), it came with a couple small blemishes in the paint, and a chip. AND while I like what they did with the slats here by adding Velcro, I actually added some 1/4” mdf that I had on top of the slats because they are not very strong and I was worried about that. ALSO, my king mattress sticks out over the sides of the bed by about an inch on each side. So it seems the bed is about 2” too narrow. Was exactly what I was hoping for but the headboard is wobbly and the bed is creaky. The slats and mid support is higher in the middle making the mattress peak in the center.
