Nice sectional and ottoman with firm, supportive cushions, and plush polyester velour upholstery. Factory error (misplaced metal connector between couch and lounge sections) was easily fixed on the spot by the delivery/install guys, who were efficient, respectful, and friendly. The couch is ok comfortable wise, it is a bit firm, which I like. However I wish the back cushions were a bit firmer. It's a good couch, but it won't my favorite. However the sectional seat is the best seat on the couch. The Seat cushion does stick out a good amount from the base. If you are a stickler for details, it may bother you.
