It's perfect. The color was a shade lighter than I expected, but it still works perfectly. I replaced an older large black leather chair in a corner of my recording studio's control room. It will see quite a bit of use. I will be curious to see how it holds up long-term, but the fabric is rated for heavier use. I Scotchguarded it as soon as I got it, so if the fabric, foam and frame a durable it ought to last a while. Ratings: 3.5 by human and 5.0 by two rescue cats. I *thought* that this was a well designed knockoff of more expensive chairs with a similar style. It is an OK knockoff. Knew before purchasing based on reviews that this chair isn't a big, cozy, curl up, and fall-asleep-in chair. The seating area of the chair has a smaller scale which works well for smaller people to sit comfortably upright. Pros: comfortable, solid build, 300 lb weight capacity, commercial warranty, quality covering, stitching, and screw on legs. Cons: scale is "off", the back is super thick (compared to arms and seat) and doesn't curve in as expected, both the seat and back filling make "crunchy" sounds when pressed/pushed. Note: If you are thinking of purchasing the grey color (like I did), the chair that I received is a slate grey not a dark grey as shown in the pictures. If you have a passion for beautiful proportions with respect to furniture, I do not recommend this chair.
