So cheap it seemed a scam. But the bedframe arrived quickly, and took 15 minutes to assemble. The exterior of the frame is incredibly high quality, sturdy, and solid with a beautiful finish. My issue with this product was the interior of the frame - the slats and the center rail that supports the middle of the bed. The materials for the interior was very low quality manufactured wood that was splitting and cracked when I received it. Considering these parts are meant to provide the main support of the mattress and weight of its users, I was concerned about how it would hold up. As I was also missing two screws from the hardware kit, I contacted customer support about it and was offered a partial refund and they suggested I replace it myself with lumber from a hardware store. Not the ideal solution, but since I wanted to be able to use the bed asap, I went along with it. Put together, the bed is a quality piece that I'm super proud to have in my new home. I put it together myself over the course of a couple days as I needed to get new materials, as a person of 105lbs and a less than 5 foot stature, but definitely struggled a bit when it came to putting the legs on as they instruct you to build the frame with headboard first... So I would advise having at least two people to work through this one.
