Been looking for a real wood table (not mdf) with solid countertop. This is a very elegant solid made table. There are 3 metal parts where the countertop screws into and one is dented so we did not install the top yet because it is heavy and may wobble. The countertop needs to be sealed, or order a thick pvc table covering. Attached are photos of one of the metal part that is dented and one that is not. It is also higher than normal table height. It is 31 inches not 30. Thought it won't make that big a difference but it does. This table may not be ideal for younger kids, unless you have higher seated chairs. AllModern was very responsive and was going to send a replacement part but a month later was told it was not happening and can exchange or return the whole table.. G. CA. 2024-01-02 19:26:18
