I got this glider and the kyoto glider ottoman for my nursery. They are a perfect match. It is extremely comfortable, stylish, and it doesn't scream "nursery" at all. I was afraid of the fabric with a baby, but it is super easy to clean. My baby spits up almost every day on it, and I just grab a baby wipe and that solves the problem, even when it is already dry and you can not see any signs of it. I've been having this item for about 4 months, but using for 2.5. I would definitely buy it again. My only complain is that the ottoman cost almost the same than the glider, but it's very worth it. I was concerned the pillow back would translate to poor lumbar support, but it's firm enough to provide good support while still being cushy. I'm 5'7" and the chair is a great fit for me - I can rest my head on the back of the chair. My husband is 6'7" and sits almost a head higher than the back, but that's unfortunately unavoidable for him. He said it's still really comfortable, and the seat is deep enough to accommodate his long legs. Very nice chair. Very plush. I am 6 ft and the support on my neck and head feels perfect. I’ve always loved the Vala chair and I can definitely see that was the influence here. I purchased for a very good sale price and it feels like an absolute steal. Site says it is top grain leather, if it is, it has a lot of finishing on the top as evident by how uniform the grain is. This is a good thing for most people as it makes it durable. I ordered an ottoman to kick my feet up and look forward to spending a lot of time in this chair.. Anonymous.
