Very glad we opted for the "white glove" delivery service. At unboxing/assembly, the team noticed a defect on one of the two dressers and advised me to refuse delivery. AllModern's customer service was super helpful and a replacement was delivered about two weeks later. As for the quality of the dressers, they rate a "B"... Solid materials and construction for the frames, however the drawers bottoms are only a flimsy piece of plastic. That said, they are a decent value for the "on sale" price.. Linda. It is a very heavy piece, so thankfully it was white glove delivery, otherwise it would have been too much to carry up the stairs.
