These chairs are beautiful. The lines are unique and the chair stands out. The chairs are light weight and seem sturdy; time will only tell. I deducted a star because of two things. One, the seat pad color is bleh. It’s not tan, not cream, kinda taupe but with a hint of yellow in it. That said, it’s still neutral and works. You could recover them easily if it is a turn off but you like the frame. Secondly, three of the nine chairs they sent were damaged (I ordered 6). Two were definitely damaged due to shipping (lots of outer box damage), but one was a joint issue that was a manufacturing defect. Beautiful sturdy chair with excellent wood grain. Leather feels nice as well. I gave this 4 stars because one chair came pretty damaged on one armrest. A 1cm by 2cm chunk has been chipped off the wood in shipping. I will have to return and replace this chair. A headache i was risking by ordering online, but at 425chair, I expected the packaging to be much more advanced. I have not contacted the company yet, but will update with how the replacement process goes. Update I contacted the company and they promptly sent a replacement chair for the damaged one.
