Very glad we opted for the "white glove" delivery service. At unboxing/assembly, the team noticed a defect on one of the two dressers and advised me to refuse delivery. AllModern's customer service was super helpful and a replacement was delivered about two weeks later. As for the quality of the dressers, they rate a "B"... Solid materials and construction for the frames, however the drawers bottoms are only a flimsy piece of plastic. That said, they are a decent value for the "on sale" price.. Linda. Very happy with this dresser. It comes fully assembled with only the legs needing to be attached and it looks quite nice and streamlined without attaching them so you have two good options.
